Zero Zero-Word Days

While writing Realms of Terswood, I had plenty of days where I wrote no new words, entire weeks even. While working on the follow-up, I’m trying to follow the model of having no zero-word days. Even if it’s 15 minutes of jotting ideas or reworking an existing scene, I’ve been trying to do something every day. Often those 15 minutes turn into two hours and I get a new chapter out of it. Yet also sometimes I stare at the screen a while before giving up and going to watch Netflix with Aaron. Remember you can also edit a scene you wrote, but can’t do anything with an unwritten page.
